Seguridad y protección a compradores
1- Generales:
Las presentes condiciones generales de venta se aplican estrictamente a todas las ventas de productos efectuadas en España, incluido las Islas Canarias y las Islas Baleares por ANA GONZÁLEZ SARABIA 50616911-Y, en adelante MIRLO BLANCO con destino a personas físicas.
Todo pedido hecho a MIRLO BLANCO implica necesariamente a título de condición esencial, determinante e imprescindible, la aceptación sin reservas por el Cliente de las Condiciones Generales de Venta de MIRLO BLANCO vigentes el día en que se lleve a cabo el pedido correspondiente. Además, el Cliente reconoce que la aceptación de las presentes condiciones implicará la aplicación de éstas al pedido al que se refieren, así como a todo pedido posterior, con excepción de aquellos casos en que nuevas condiciones sean puestas en su conocimiento por MIRLO BLANCO. El hecho que MIRLO BLANCO no recurra en un momento dado a cualquiera de las presentes condiciones no puede ser interpretado ni equivaldrá a renunciar a recurrir a ellas en el futuro o en el pasado.
Ley aplicable y jurisdicción competente. La interpretación y la ejecución de las condiciones, así como todos los actos que se sean consecuencia de ellas, quedarán sometidos al derecho español, salvo que existan disposiciones de orden público contrarias a ello.
2- Precios:
Los precios publicados en MIRLO BLANCO son en Euros y son vigentes salvo error tipográfico. Todos los precios llevan el IVA incluido aplicable en el día del pedido, cualquier cambio de tasa de IVA será aplicado automáticamente a los precios de los productos en venta en MIRLO BLANCO.
Las ofertas sobre productos en venta en MIRLO BLANCO se mostrarán en el apartado “Ofertas” o se indicará en la ficha del producto y, si no se indica lo contrario, serán válidas mientras se muestren en pantalla.
3- Diferentes modos de Pago:
Al formular el pedido, el cliente puede elegir libremente abonar las compras que realice en MIRLO BLANCO mediante:
- Tarjeta Bancaria
- PayPal
4- Producto:
Las ofertas presentadas por MIRLO BLANCO son válidas dentro del límite de las existencias disponibles. MIRLO BLANCO se reserva el derecho de modificar el surtido de productos en función de las dificultades impuestas por sus proveedores.
Las fotografías, grafismos y las descripciones de los productos propuestos a la venta solo son orientativos y no comprometen de ninguna manera al vendedor MIRLO BLANCO.
5- Envíos:
- Los productos adquiridos se entregarán a la persona y a la dirección indicada en el pedido.
- Por defecto, las facturas se enviarán a la dirección email indicada por el cliente en la hora de su alta en MIRLO BLANCO
- Los sábados, domingos y fiestas no habrá ni salida ni entrega de pedidos.
- No obstante, su demora no implicará ni anulación del pedido ni indemnización alguna.
- Un pedido se considera entregado en el momento en que el transportista entrega el paquete o los paquetes al cliente y esta firma el documento de recepción de entrega. Corresponde al cliente verificar el estado de la mercancía a la recepción e indicar todas las anomalías en el albarán de recepción de entrega.
6- Políticas de devoluciones y anulaciones
6-1 Devolución de mercancía:
Nuestra política, cumpliendo con la normativa vigente, es concederle el derecho de devolver cualquier artículo comprado en MIRLO BLANCO en el plazo de 14 días desde la fecha de recepción.
El artículo que haya comprado en MIRLO BLANCO, devuelto en su embalaje original, precintado y en perfectas condiciones, será aceptado.
ESTARÁ EXENTO DE CUALQUIER CAMBIO O DEVOLUCIÓN AQUELLOS ARTÍCULOS QUE HAYAN SUFRIDO ALGÚN DESPERFECTO POSTERIOR A SU RECEPCIÓN CANCELANDO ASÍ CUALQUIER OPCIÓN DE REEMBOLSO O CAMBIO.
En un plazo máximo de 15 días de la recepción de la devolución MIRLO BLANCO se compromete a su reembolso.
Antes de realizar la devolución, tendrá que comunicarlo por correo electrónico o a través del formulario de contacto que encontrarán en nuestra web.
Si la causa de la devolución fuese que el artículo devuelto es defectuoso o no corresponde a lo solicitado en el pedido, MIRLO BLANCO correrá con los gastos de la devolución y nuevo envío. Si el motivo de la devolución es que el pedido no le satisface, le reembolsaremos el importe pero no los gastos de envío ni los gastos de devolución.
6-2 Anulación de pedido:
Si la anulación del pedido llega antes de la salida de mercancía el cliente no tendrá ningún gasto. En el caso de una anulación después de la salida del pedido, el cliente tendrá a su cargo los gastos de envío así como los gastos de devolución de este mismo pedido.

These general conditions of sale are strictly applied to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by ANA GONZÁLEZ SARABIA 50616911-Y, hereinafter MIRLO BLANCO destined for individuals.
Any order made to MIRLO BLANCO necessarily implies as an essential, decisive and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of MIRLO BLANCO in force on the day the corresponding order is carried out. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply the application of these to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by MIRLO BLANCO. The fact that MIRLO BLANCO does not resort at any given time to any of these conditions cannot be interpreted nor will it be equivalent to renouncing to resort to them in the future or in the past.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all the acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to it.
2- Prices:
The prices published in MIRLO BLANCO are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale at MIRLO BLANCO.
Offers on products for sale in MIRLO BLANCO will be displayed in the «Offers» section or will be indicated in the product file and, if not indicated otherwise, they will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.
3- Different payment methods:
When placing the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for the purchases made at MIRLO BLANCO by:
Credit card
PayPal
4- Product:
The offers presented by MIRLO BLANCO are valid within the limit of available stocks. MIRLO BLANCO reserves the right to modify the assortment of products depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not commit the seller MIRLO BLANCO in any way.
5- Shipments:
The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.
By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of registration in MIRLO BLANCO
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be neither departure nor delivery of orders.
However, its delay will not imply or cancel the order or any compensation.
An order is considered delivered at the moment the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt.
6- Return and cancellation policies
6-1 Return of merchandise:
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at MIRLO BLANCO within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The item that you have purchased at MIRLO BLANCO, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition, will be accepted.
ITEMS THAT HAVE SUFFERED ANY DAMAGE AFTER THEIR RECEPTION WILL BE EXEMPT FROM ANY EXCHANGE OR RETURN, THUS CANCELING ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE OPTION.
Within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the return, MIRLO BLANCO undertakes to refund.
Before making the return, you will have to communicate it by email or through the contact form that you will find on our website.
If the cause of the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, MIRLO BLANCO will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or the return costs.
6-2 Cancellation of order:
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the merchandise leaves the customer will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been issued, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
